and what does vemos mean? because i read a sentance that said- a que hora nos vemos. I understand it means what time should we meet but, paso por ti and a que hora nos vemos don't register in my brain as to how you would say those things.
And what is paso?
Thanx to anybody who can explain. Some of this is tricky

I wonder that myself.
If you are not going to put something UP, why do you use it then ? It makes no sense.
It should be: "I will pick you." Nothing else

English has many verbs with prepositions (pick up, pick out etc.) but Spanish doesn't use prepositions in exactly the same way. It just doesn't make sense when you translate verbs word for word (unfortunately!).

In this question, the closest translation is 'I pass by you(r house) Paso is the verb, meaning 'I pass'. In Spanish you can only use arriba or encima when you are talking about something's position or direction (arriba - above/upwards, encima - on top of)

Nos vemos simply means 'we see each other'/'we meet up' - 'a que hora nos vemos' - what time do we meet up, what time will we see each other?

* You can also 'nos vemos' at the end of a conversation like 'see you later'.

As KJ said, English uses many verbs with prepositions and Spanish doesn't. Two things:
1. Spanish speakers often use the present tense when we would use the future. Nos vemos a las siete = We'll see each other (meet up) at 7:00.
2. Pasar por = to drop by or call in, so 'pasaré [future] por tu casa a las siete' = I'll drop by (your house) at 7. Bearing in mind note 1, 'paso por ti' = I'll drop by your place = I'll pick you up.

Howdy lem

look

paso por ti it's made by a verb = paso = pass, a preposition = por = by and
a reflexive pronoun ti = you).
a litterally translation could say "I pass for you"
but in english it doesn´t sound as good as pick sb up.

nos vemos is made by two parts first is a pronoun (nos = we)

the verb vemos it's conjugated in present tense, which means
we see (to each other)
it's an unformal expression that refers to "see you later" but it means litterally " We to see ourselves," also you can add pronto " soon". Nos vemos pronto, See you later soon.

the verbe is in first person present tense.
