How do you feel when your weaker counterparts fall sick and fall sick very often?

I feel concerned by this question since I seldom get sick and even experienced two grave car accidents and got away of it without any wounds (yes, I have been very lucky another person died in one of these two accidents).
No headache, very rare and very short termed coughs and colds, no allergy, etc. Just alcohol can make me very sick, actually.

I'm smoker and I never did care about sport, fitness, dietetics and related. I mostly eat junk-food and I'm 47. When he was young son called me "unbreakable" for awhile after he watched this movie, because he really believed such things existed.

It puzzles me, actually, about myself as about some others who regularly get sick or get headaches and else despite being so cautious about their own health; to the point that I often express some difficulty to believe that those other person are really sick or does feel so when it happens to them.

Mucous noise makes me gag. And I hate tissues being left around.

But, we are both generally healthy & don't get sick hardly at all. Even our 6yo. We eat healthy - lots of fruits & veggies. Use barley green & other health items. Exercise. Don't eat junk foods, candy or sodas.

If your counterpart is sick alot, see if you can get him to eat healthier. Weigh the benefits of good health, good food and the activities you can enjoy together vs bad health, junk food and a snotty, stuffy nose.

I think it's rather sad. I haven't had a major cold in about 5 years. My mom and sister catch almost everything that goes around during the winter. I think if they ate better, they'd feel better.
