If the pain is mild, the things the other people have mentioned wikll work. If the pain stops you from functioning normally, you need to see a doctor. Severe pain is a sign of endometriosis, something you need to be treated for. A birth control pill can help with the pain.

take ibuprofen (if not allergic and over the age of 12). take 200-400mg every 6 hours as needed but no more than 1200mg in 24 hours. this will help ease the pain.

take a warm bath or shower.

apply a heating pad (not directly to the skin though-wrap in towel or small blanket first) for 10-15 mins at a time. do not sleep with it due to fire/burn hazards.

hope this helps!!

fill a hot water bottle with hot water and wrap a blanket around it and hold it to your stomach also you could take some paracetamol if you're not allergic to it
