Camp showers work pretty well - you can get them at Walmart, or online, like at Campmor:

A lot of campers have adopted products from nursing care - Campmor sells some of them here:

If you're only out for a weekend, you can do fairly well with baby wipes and anti-bacterial hand wipes for basic clean up.

Hand sanitizer, you just rub it in. Or wet wipes.
Or just camp beside some water, fill up a pot, and wash yourself at least 75 feet away from the water. You can use a small can with holes in the bottom to dispense it with (so you don't dirty the clean water in the pot). Never use soap in the water or go the the washroon near the water.

As long as you have access to water (not necessarily plumbed in) you can keep clean by regular washing. If there is no "bathroom" use a sponge/flannel wet and soapy and a bowl of water to clean the body, legs, hands and feet first then the "smelly" bits - under arms, groin. Rinse the flannel well in clean water and remove the soapy residue, use a dry flannel (or one well wrung out)to dry most of the water before using a towel to finish off. Use a deoderant between washes. Use plenty of clean water if possible. If it is cold weather heat water over your stove and add to your washup bowl.

We always go camping by a lake or river, so we just jump in and usually thats good enough for the guys, the women sometimes bring shampoo and soap but not always, we don't stay camping long enough for it to get too bad of a smell. We usually smell more of campfire smoke than anything else.

Sponge baths. Use a large basin or sink to wash your hair.
Do you have a community swimming pool or gymn nearby, because that is another option.
