Church, The Priest pulled up the Kilt to look underneath. Is that proper ettiquette?

No it is not but it is part and parcel of this anything goes mentallity, everything that used to be held as morally sound is now labelled as just a bit of fun.
We seem to place sin on this footing so very recklessly, getting a stripper for parties is ,`just a bit of fun`, people flashinfg body parts is `just a bit of fun` and the list goes on and on, and when decent people object to all this they are told to get a life?

Wow, did he look up your skirt too?..LOL I find it hard to believe a priest would have done that, but then again Im not Catholic either, so what do I know.

I believe not...He may have just wanted to see if your husband was a true Scot or not...Funny little priest...I thought they liked 'em younger.

Seems highly indecent to me.

If your husband is gay and you went to a gay church I can't see any problem with that.
Besides, if your husband is a real man why would he be wearing a skirt?
