What should I do?

I've known a girl for a while, and we met up yesterday and went for lunch. She lives near me now, and yesterday was REALLY great and we had a good laugh. She has a guy on the internet that she has met once in person that she is talking to on a daily basis, & from the way she talks, I think she wants something romantic to happen with him, and she will go over England and visit him after he comes back from serving in Iraq. My question is simple, I think I like her as more than friends, and I think she knows this, but I don't know how to handle this situation?
