I always drink bottled water 24/7, 365 days a year. Evian being my favorite.... it does destress and detox. Have you ever tried?

Fast for 3 days...

no food...
Drink water, and, or lemon juice with cayenne pepper ground, with organic molasses. When you are done, come off of it slowly.

And continue you routine...
Use the Sauna at the gym to sweat.

well when i think of detox i think of drinking and me not being much of one of those. but most of the time i drink lots of water to detox myself as the main source of things. i have not ever tried spa treatments and most of the time i do not sleep all that well or at least not on weekends cause I stay up to late.

Fresh clean tapwater and plenty is the key, I don't use bottled water because I suspect it can have in it more impurities than tapwater. Occasional tins of bitter and Guiness because they have cleansing properties.

Water for hot drinks (usually coffee) I do in a Brita filter electric kettle.

Try to use organic foods, fresh fruit like mango and banana. Seeded bread for sandwiches. Honey.

Adequate undisturbed sleep is good, enables body and mind to repair.
