The other night I had phone sex for the first and it was amazing. A couple of days later my ex told me that he had watched me though the door. When he told me this I felt violated and dirty. I felt like I had been raped. He turned something beautiful into filth.
I told my sister-in-law what happened and she said that what I did was illegal and I could be in trouble and also the guy I was doing it with. My ex could be also for invading my privacy.
I have been reading here all about phone sex and to what I’ve read, it is NOT illegal. If this is so, then tomorrow I’m heading straight for the cop shop to report him for what he did.
So, please tell that I am correct in saying that it is NOT illegal.
I’m desperate to get this old so and so out. I want my home back.

Phone sex is not illegal between two consenting adults. Spying on you is illegal but not a matter for the cops. It's a civil matter and can be handled by an Attorney. Ask your friend to leave. If he refuses then file an order of protection against him at your local courthouse.

If you know the person you should be fine. Like I have fun with my spouse while we are apart. If you do not know the other person - well - what if it was really a child?
As for your ex - what was he doing there? How did he watch? Peeping in a window would make what he did illegal.

Yes it's legal. But if you think phone sex is a beautiful thing, I think you have issues....
Turned something beautiful into filth... someone how I just have to laugh...
Good luck to you, but you will have a hard time proving to the cops he actually did it. He isn't going to admit it to the cops.

Sorry, what he did is just sleazy not illegal.
If you want him out and the place is yours, toss his stuff on the lawn. If its not, move.
