As well as the previous, you could carve your design into an eraser. Some companies who produce rubbers stamps also produce plain sheets to be carved.

For an embossed stamp, you may want to consider creating your own design and custom ordering an emboss stamp. While carving a traditional stamp from potatoe, plastic or wood is fine, achieving the impressioned indention of an emboss may require just bucking up and paying for a professional hand-pressing emboss hardware. Research it online. There are many manufacturers.

The easiest way is to carve it in the flat end of a cut potato.
If you want something a bit more durable, shape it in plasticine clay and make a rubber (latex) mold and then cast the stamp in plaster (or with more steps, in lead.)
More effort is required, but you can carve it from wood or plaster and use it directly.
