As in the Farmer and the Tractor A farmer wished to borrow his neighbours tractor as his was broken. He went through scenarios of how he was going to ask for the loan of it. He got into a real state about it and went to the neighbours door. when the door opened he immediately shouted at the top of his voice " you can keep your rotten tractor"

I think worrying is a natural program all humans have. It's because we want tot feel safe and secure about our future. It's a natural instinct to want to survive.

So yes, I do worry too much. Is it good for me? No. But I do try to practice releasing worries but mediating and trying to be in the moment. When you're in the moment, you realize that everything is okay.

And that they's always someone looking out for you and that things will always be okay on the long run. We just don't alway see the bigger picture.

Wow, that really sums me up....not so much worry as I try and look at things so far ahead and from so many different angles looking for all the pitfalls, that sometimes what seemed like a great idea is abandoned before I even start.

Yes I do! I am an obsessive thinker which is all related to anxiety. I am trying self help tapes to get over my axiety and trying to recondition my way of thinking. I can identify with the farmer.....poor guy!

i don't worry about the future as I don't know exactly what is going to happen until it does, but your little story shows what can happen when we do and think only of excuses that can be given to deny our request/s. when we think only bad things we empower that so it becomes a self fulfilling prophecy.

i never worry, cos at the end of the day its all over and done with and its going to happen no matter what,
