1. You cant be that stupid but then again by your spelling and grammar...???

2. Someone will stalk you for sure, and maybe kill you, at least rob you when you leave the house!

3. HELLO!!! Identity theft, if they know your name and address (DUH)

4. Don't try it lady I would hate for you to find out the hard way!!

Post your credit card, bank account #'s, and see what happens.

Well, depending on their age, there are sexual predetors out there that will try to find a way to get to them. I know this sounds far fetched to some people, but it does happen. Some people will use the information to pull pranks and such. There's really a lot of things that can happen by putting certain personal information out there that can be accessed by many different people. You don't always have a say in who sees what. For example, my friend and I used to leave comments to each other on myspace about where we would go during a break in our classes, a couple weeks later we both got messages from a guy who wanted to meet up with us, noting that he looked at our conversation. It made going back to that place uncomfortable, becuase we didn't know who he was, or what he looked like, so he could watch us all he wanted. Again, far fetched to some, but it DOES happen.

Unfortunately we live in a world that has some really sick people. Placing a little information such as email and such is not bad but addresses and telephone numbers are bad ideas. Sites are not one hundred percent fool proof and information such as this can be accessed or leaked. Especially with children this is a bad idea as stalkers can track them at school, where they hang out and so forth. Children have been abducted in this way in the past.

The best defense is to make sure you use secure sites, only leave an email and only state the broad area you live in. Your friends should know the other details and if someone wants them they can email you and you can decide whether you want the person to know extra information.

The worst that can happen is that someone obnoxious can read it and use it to pretend to know more about the person than they really do. Using that info they can call parents and pretend to have kidnapped the person or locate the person and really kidnap or assualt them. Using the information, they can contact kids the same age and pretend to be an uncle or friend who is looking for them and get help in tracking them down. A person who chats about her black lab puppy named Ruffins and how they just got tags for her with her name on them may result in a phone call claiming Ruffins has been found on the other side of town and could she come and get it - after which she is found assaulted or worse on the other side of town.
