Absolutely not. Elementals are created with a spell, the will of the caster, and an element (water, fire, earth, air, metal, etc), hence the name Elemental. Holograms are computer generated, usually 3D.

Astral projection is possible for anyone with the interest to learn. It's harder to do conscious astral projection than just letting your subconscious take you where it will. It's a lot like SRV (Scientific Remote Viewing), but with SRV you're able to talk, draw, and make connections in the real world. Not so with astral projection. To learn about astral projection, check out Wayne Dyer's self-hypnosis, or just search the internet. For SRV, check out Courtney Brown's Cosmic Voyage.

Good luck, and I hope that helps.

Astral projection is now usually called OBE or Out of Body Experience. The books "Leaving the Body" by D. Scott Rogo (link below) that examines 8 systems for how to do this and the book "Have an Out of Body Experience in 30 Days:The Free Flight Program by Keith Harrary and Pamela Weintraub are excellent introductions to this topic.

The elemental or servitor creations are mostly talked about in the realms of magick and occult beliefs and practices.
However, there was a famous Experiment called "The Philip Experiment" written up in the book "Conjuring Up Philip: An Adventure in Psychokinesis" by Iris Own that deals with creating a poltergeist/ghost in order to blame the PK effects of the group members on. You may wish to google search for this information.

No. Astral projection is when someone has a dream and remembers it as inter-stellar travel. Some people actually believe they are able to detach their non-physical selves from their bodies and travel through space.
