it always happen when i shut down my pc and when i turn on again it always performing ide configuration and i have to click F1 to continue and the time also and date is not set,again i have to set that again and when i shut down i have to do that all again and again why is that happen?

if you have a pentium II or older, boot the computer from bios mode and then choose IDE 0 as the default or the first boot device. If ypou have a pentiun III or higher, then be sure that you choose your own hard disk brand name as the first boot device. Then you won't have any more problems.
