Quite tough to find the 256mb version in your location and expensive too. For the price of the 128mb version here, you could buy faster cards that support Shader 3.0 :

Consider the cheaper and faster ATI 9600 Pro or Geforce 7300GS AGP (Shader 3.0).
But you could try your luck at the PC stores in Gilmore for the ASUS A9550GE/TD 256mb..
