I can honestly say in my region of the US, it doesn't matter what color the waiter is.
Statistically I found that:
People in the southeast tip 15%
People from the new england area tip 20%
And black people tip 10%
Different people consider different amounts to be acceptable tipping even with good service, it happens, deal.

Okay. I'm guessing your a waiter. Correct me if I'm wrong.
And a black person didn't tip you, is that it?
Okay because that black person didn't tip you doesn't mean that all black people don't tip.
I've white people who don't tip...
Maybe because you didn't give good service. My friends and I (Who are Black) Tip when we get good service but if we get bad service then we won't tip.
Maybe your not a people person...then waiting on people might not be the right job for you.

I'm a "white" waiter that almost always gets good tips from so called "dark skin people"
