Oh man I loved Dracula the most and he scared me the most. I also liked the Wolfman, Frankenstein and The Creature from the Black Lagoon.

Dracula -- played by Bela Lugosi. I especially liked the horror/comedies with Abbott and Costello. Now I'm really dating myself here. haha.

Bela Lugosi's Dracula was cool, but Boris Karloff's Mummy was much more frightening to me when I was younger. Those would be my two favorites.
