Arachnophobia is the fear of the spider one & i can hardly get my tongue around that name let alone the one you have come up with & it seems a waste to have such a long name for such a silly phobia lol why not have the person only eat tiny bits of peanut paste at a time & it wont stick up there & hense no more phobia
it should plain just mean crazy who invented the name

You could combine the two fears. It could be the fear of spiders sticking to the roof of your mouth.

Sounds more like a fear of being attacked by spiders wearing oufits made of butyl rubber. Or maybe I'm just odd.

Although, you are correct, you failed to tell everyone that
this is a "Jocular or Fictional" phobia.
This one is from the book,
MODESTY BLAISE by Pete O'Donnell.
Try this was on for size.
I have "luposlipaphobia," which is also a fictional phobia from
Gary Larsen's THE FAR SIDE.
