A DECIDUOUS WOODLAND IS ONE IN WHICH THE MAJORITY OF ITS TREES SHED THEIR LEAVES EACH YEAR. THIS IS AS OPPOSED TO AN EVERGREEN WOODLAND WHICH AS THE NAME IMPLIES DOES NOT SHED ALL ITS LEAVES ANNUALLY.
