It seems in my day to day life that I never really enjoy things. I feel as though I'm losing out on the little pleasures people enjoy everyday. I don't know what I enjoy because most of my memories aren't associated with the excitement I may have had at the time. I'm not sad or depressed. I like myself and I am confident, it just seems every time I'm hanging with my friends or playing video games, I feel as though there is something more fun out there to do. I usually have the most fun when I'm trying to hook up with a girl, but that doesn't happen too often. So most of my relationships I'm dissappointed with, and most of my hobbies I am also dissappointed with. I just don't feel I'm enjoying life to the fullest and I can't possibly understand how I can. Any advice?

Yep, you need to make some changes. Change your lifestyle--become a vegetarian maybe. Change your daily routine--get up early and take a shower right away, then go for a run.
Read books you ordinarily would not read. Watch movies you would not ordinarily watch. Learn to play the piano. Take martial arts.
Make a list of goals that you wish to accomplish in one year, 3 years, five years, and ten years, then set about accomplishing them. They can be big goals, like graduating, and little goals, like getting all "As".
Many of your friends will leave you throughout life and you will still be stuck with you. If you are bored with yourself then you are an awfully unhappy person. Make yourself interesting to yourself, then other people, especially girls, will be interested in you too.

I think the reason most people aren't satisfied is because they haven't learned to fully live in the moment. It seems most people are either looking back on their lives and living in memories, or they're looking into the future at things that haven't happened. If we worry about the future we can't possibly enjoy today. Living in the moment requires a lot of practice if we aren't used to it. We have to make a conscious effort to remind ourselves to come back to the here and now and do the best we can with who we are and what we have right now. After awhile, it becomes a habit, and we are happy where we are, we see a bright future, and we make good memories of the past. good luck and I hope that helps

I think you don't have enough maturity in life. First of all you don't understand what is ' enjoy '? Enjoy with video games, girls, friend etc are not true enjoyable in life.. There are other parts in life most enjoyble then i say above. You are born as human and you have responsibility to do in your presence life. You are not enjoying life because you are not do your responsibility in proper. First you have to become a good son/daughter for your parents, if you are married you have to become a good husband/wife, if you have childrens you have to become a good father/mother.. this is a what i mean enjoyable in life.. Don't worry all that, you still have a time to change your lifestyle and more positive in your presence life.. Build up your good characteristics through your sincerity, love and your kindness.. Sure you will enjoying your life...

you need a real challange. You need a switch in your life. Change something to feel satisfaction. Not a change in the color of your shirt. You need a basic change in your life style, your job and actually in the way you are looking at the world around. Enjoy changes buddy...

You may want to try something dramatically different. Try a lot of new or different thigns so that it you won't get bored, and perhaps give you a different prespective of what you have. I would also say try dating more if that's what gets you excited.

it's normal to every of us..being sad does'nt means you are getting in the good condition.what i means by this is you should be more positive in watever you do and don't think about problms to much..be near to god who creates you and your problems..ask other people espcially older than you...
spend more time with child,(baby) and your parents..
happy trying.....
