The late singer Freddy Fender often had parts of his songs in Spanish. Here are some more songs I can think of that are partially in another language:
Gerardo - Rico Suave (half Spanish)
Falco - Der Kommissar (it's in German but does have some English words thrown in)
Melanie - Look What The've Done To My Song, Ma (one verse in French)
Bobby Vinton - My Melody Of Love (partially in Polish)
The Beatles - Across The Universe (Some parts are in Sanskrit)
Los Del Rio - Macarena (Bayside Boys Mix) (All Spanish except for a woman singing in English)
