This is called a "slashed zero", and while not every font has one, many of the fonts installed in your system do, and you can access the slashed zero in Windows in the way AnalProgrammer mentions.
Also, monospaced fonts often included a slashed zero in the standard zero slot. These include Monaco and Consolas.

Consolas is what I believe you are looking for. Back in the early days of programming, the slash was used to help to determine the difference between the letter O and the number zero. However, there are some people that believe that they could not tell them between some symbols that looks similar. First thing I do when I use Programmers Notepad 2, Notepad ++, etc... is set my font to Consolas since I really want to see the differences between the two at a glance.

Slashed Zero Ariel font is very useful and fits well with other fonts in the Ariel group
