As a cancerian, my birthday is in July, I don't personally have any issues with that number since it does represent the Cancer sign...
I have issues with it being used to reference a position, so I don't think you're unreasonable to dislike it.

idk of any reason to hate that number but maybe I'm missing something! I have a favorite number so I guess it wouldn't be bad to have a hated number it's your own personal preference
