It is our 5 yr anniversary and I want to do something very nice. I live in las vegas, but can't really find anything romantic to do here ( for a resonable price). Any ideas I would be very greatfull. thanks.

Pack a nice picnic and take it up to Red Rock Canyon. I love it there. Very cheap and very romantic if you put a little thought into it.

"Top of the World" - Stratosphere

Make reservations for 1/2 hour before sunset.

A night under the stars at Mt. Charleston - Toiyabe National Forest - A camp fire, a bottle of wine, clean/crisp air, a nice warm sleeping bag(for two).

If your anniversary falls during the week, the Luxor & or Stratosphere have nice Jacuzzi suites for fairly reasonable prices.

Promo code - "LNON12" good 9/1 - 11/30

I prefer the "Grand Suite" by a slight margin over either the Casino or Executive Suite

Just remember, we're guys, we're easy, do "anything" different and your guy will be thrilled. :))

Try eating at the Circo restaurant in the Bilagio or any restaurant there that overlooks the fountain, then take a stroll over to the Flamingo(hotel) through the park outside where you can look at the flamingos and privacy is nice at night on a secluded park bench, then perhaps go to one of the many relaxed Hotel lounges for some light dancing. Maybe good

Leave town. Go to Mesquite to the Casa Blanca. They have a beautiful pool and spa. Katherine's Restaurant is excellent. They also have a nice little showroom with good shows. It has a nice relaxed atmosphere.
