Both are wrongs for they assume as an infinite that which is finite, what is known and knowable. A universal is a known fact and its truth is constant but contingent on the knowledge in the self for it. Unpredictables are not known facts but descriptions for those which have possibility for reality, but possibility only; they are not in immediate sense nor memory. Predictables are those things real for real purpose in immediate sense or memory.
