I am starting to think that perhaps i might just be plain crazy. It seems that most of the time im in a bad mood...any little thing can trigger my anger to extremmes. Its gotten so bad that i yell at people and even feel my pulse as if it could burst an artery. Afterwards, i realize that i make a big deal out of nothing and feel so much guilt and remorse that i end up crying. I've even thought about killing myself at times just to end my "evilness." I hate making people feel like that. I believe that I'm a great person and there are days where i am so happy and jolly...and i have friends that i like to laugh with....nevertheless sometimes i just wake up so sad and frustrated for no apparent reason. I really hate myself at times for hurting espeically my family and love partner...I wish I could control my anger and mood state to my will...or at least make it not obvious to others. Sometimes I just feel like withdrawing from people completely to not hurt them..only serious answers please

Feeling anger and sadness are normal and human emotions, along with happiness and joy.The only time it becomes a problem is when it interferes w/normal activity and everyday life.I do not know what your living situation is or what influences your everyday life but speaking from experience,I believe you may be suffering from depression and/or bi-polar disorder. It is not necassarily something you have throughout your life but it can develop at anytime. It is a chemical imbalance in your brain and you really should see a doctor, especially if you have thoughts of hurting yourself and/or others.Do not think yourself as "crazy" or "abnormal",it is something that just needs to be tended to.Good luck and take care.

Fact is the world is cracking up and they don't know what's happening. Some are getting straight by osmosis, but most of us need help. Actually science has solved the problem, you'll be glad to know. The comment on my profile has some sites with the new tech, whether they say that or not. Enjoy. P.S. Ex anger addict shh don't tell. P. s. s. Psychs have meds to get over the hump. I only paid $20 for four or five visits a month at a community clinic.

You sound like a manic depressive which means you have severe ups and downs and this can be controlled by medication.
You need to see a psychiatrist as they can prescribe medications and you can talk about how you've been acting at the same time you are being treated.

I don't think you're crazy. They always say that if you are truly crazy, you won't know it.

It sounds like you are depressed or perhaps bipolar. Find a therapist to talk to. If you have a chemical imbalance, medicine can help. Even if you didn't go on any medicine, a therapist could help you find other ways of handling your anger.

Seems as though you may be Bi-polar or have rage control issues and should speak with a therapist about these issue as it can lead to you hurting yourself or some one else. Suggest lithium, it works wonders.

Goodluck

You need a shrink. Your extreme (if so) depression may cause broken-heart syndrome (Takotskubo Cardiomyopathy, it weakens the myocardium. It can be triggered by severe emotional stress ). I'd rather you see a professional immediately.

Confide in you real friends or dear ones.It may be a passing phase and with a little bit of correction, things should be alright. All the same, take care and don't neglect if it persists. All the best.

Have you blood pressure checked.

I find since my blood pressure rose a few years ago, I'm much less tollerant of anything.
