My mom is diabetic and I need dental work so I searched splenda recipes BAM anything I could imagine. I also searched 'splenda conversions' and got the formula for confectioners splenda-you combine splenda and cornstarch in a food processor, then its like sugar, measure for measure.

hey, I think it is wonderful you want to include everyone in the desserts. My mother is diabetic. Try going to splenda.com. They should have some good recipes. Or try going to your local library and find books for no sugar desserts. Good luck

Hi Bruce,
my aunt is diabetic, so here's the websites I use when I cook for her
http://homecooking.about.com/library/archive/bldes2.htm
http://www.cooks.com/rec/search/0,1-0,sugar_free_desserts,FF.html
She really likes the apple dessert - I reccommend it.
Good luck!
