Hello ...It depends on individuals ability to take risk , and also on age ,,,and rough thumb rule is ,,% of Individuals debt investments should be equal to his/her age, say for example if you are at the age of 27 , you may put upto 73% of your investments in equitys. but better is to learn fundamentlas of equities first..and then start investing in sahres...Long term investing is the best strategy.

about 600 dollars invested in Tata Motors (TTM).
