Absolutely.
Even for CRTs there was very questionable evidence that CRTs had any effect on a developing fetus. Some studies said there was a possible effect, others said that there was none.
MPR II compliant CRTs (The vast majority of all CRT monitors produced in the last 10 years are MPR II compliant) produce significantly less magnetic and electric fields in the suspect frequencies.
If you are really worried that the residual fields might still be a problem then a TCO (any version TCO'95 or later) compliant monitor will actually produce less magnetic field than the power cord.

Yes. An LCD emits MUCH less radiation than an old-fashioned CRT display - about the same as a plain-Jane florescent bulb.

Yes, LCD monitors give off very little radiation (aside from minute amounts of electromagnetic radiation like all electronic devices, and light). You would be safer than you would be in front of CRT, but I wouldn't even be concerned then.

It should be fine there is not enough radiation that it would harm the fetus it is fairly protected where it is.
