Have heard people talking about motard, super motard etc. What is it exactly? A type of bike? And its different from a scrambler right?

a cross over of motocross and road racing. A big (typically 400cc to 700 cc) motocross or enduro bike with spoked road race wheels on slick tyres, is ridden on a circuit approximately 70% tarmac and 30% dirt. Commonly held on road racing tracks with the off road section in the in field. Riders wear road race leathers (as opposed to off road clothes)

these 2 bikes have an on-road off-road compatibility but other than that it's just a title of the bike.
the triumph scrambler has a retro style look. it has a 270 degree crank which allows plenty of leveredge to throw the bike into corners. 2006 (900) is worth $7999.

the supermotard (aka Super tt) is a great way to get into racing cheap.'motard is all about sideways.it's all about skill and fun. it's not a specific name for a bike as an individual it's just something they say about the bike because of it's style of riding. a 'motard type machine can be classified from any dealer.
for example: yamaha's yz426f is a common choice for 'motard applications due to availability aftermarket parts as well as it's reliability and ease of use.'extreme lean angles are part of the 'motard game.
