Both, on a technicality, are correct, but speeded is no longer used. When writing, if it sounds wrong, it usually is.

I dont think that it is a word but it is used very often...but why are you worrying what ther people say?if you want to say sped you can and if they want to say speeded they can.

Nope, the word is "Speed".....n A past tense and a past participle of speed is 'Sped'........Wen 'Speed' is used as a verb,they call it 'Speeded'.........which is not a word!!!!
