Hard to pick just one, they're both so good. Both are versatile. Spinach is great in Indian meals - Lamb Saag is my favourite. Also goes so well in salads, wraps, or on sandwiches. It's great fried for appetizers. Works on pizzas and in Italian foods. Good in dips.

But I do get tired of it sometimes, so I'll have to pick broccoli. It compliments pretty much any meal you could come up with. Fish, chicken, beef, pork, American, Chinese, Italian, whatever. We have it almost every day in my house. Also goes well in soups, salads, dips, with baked potatoes, in casseroles, or just raw.

It is the perfect veggie.
