If you have any Ibuprofen, it works much better than Tylenol anyway. It reduces inflammation and pain. No Orajel or clove oil? If you have any crushed cloves (cloves that are used in baking) you can moisten a very small piece of cotton, then rolled it in the cloves and apply to the affected tooth ... and bite down (gently) on it. You may find that it causes you to 'drool' a bit, so keep a tissue handy. I know how awful a tooth-ache can be ... feelin' bad for ya. :(

You really have to make an emergency appointment with your dentist, it's only going to get worse. I don't know of anything you can do to stop the pain, sorry.
