No strings attached & risk STD's? I'd fear a disease before I fear commitment in a relationship. & why is it that even when a guy is looking for a 1-night stand & cheating on his wife, the other girl has to look so perfect & flawless-model style, but the guy himself can look like trash? You want a PERFECT-looking girl for ONE night! & you know you don't wanna be in a relationship with her nor get her pregnant, even though there is a chance of pregnancy & STD's. & you just run free. I think beauty is SACRED & if you want a hottie, then why don't you settle down with her & marry HER? If your current wife is such a bad person, then why did you marry her in the 1st place? (I'm not saying "you" specifically. I mean guys in general) But I know not all guys are like that.

For some people it is the risk that they take that excites them the most. Believe me I had to ak a guy I know about it. He was never satisfied. He even cheted on his girlfriends that he was cheating on his wife with. He said that it was the thrill of the game.

no not all guys are like that, but u can get an STD or pregnant from someone u are dating, seeing, or married to. one night stands arent the only way u can get stuff. but to answer why SOME guys do it, i think its to test their own ego. They have a wife and they prob. do love them. but they just wanna see if they "still got it" ya know to pick up the hottie and get her into the sack. i cant say that positive, im happily married at 19, and im not into that stuff, but thats what i see in alot of my friends

Because of the excitement of being with someone new, not having to put much work or effort into a relationship, and the rush of getting caught. Those are my guesses, but I don't know firsthand.

Cuz men are dumb and they think with their *****......most men cheat bcuz they had the oppurtunity, they didnt think of the consequences. and when they get caught they blame the wife....like its her fault they cant keep their pants on....some men cheat, they r just like that...some men wont cheat no matter what...some men cheat occasionally..they re just like that....just hope that some ladies are lucky to find a good man coz its hard to tell what might happen...its good to look at his background first and whether he has a history of cheating...gd luck!

you are absolutely ignorant and wrong. first of all, a committed relationship doesn't reduce the risk of stds or pregnancy at all during sex. the risk of those things can only be reduced through the use of sufficient protection during sex.
secondly, if women say things like how they wouldn't give guys sexual opportunities with them if they're honest about their desire for one night stands with women before they might eventually want to marry and spend the rest of their life with women, all those women are doing is attempting to incite those guys to LIE to women about wanting serious relationships with women when yet they don't want serious relationships just yet, but just want casual sexual activity with them for the time being, so if anyone would be to blame for those women lying, it would be those women, not those guys.
sexual activity between guys and women, even if it's outside of marriage or relationships, is actually ok and there's nothing wrong with it at all, and if anything, it can cause more good than harm, because a lack of it between guys and women can cause more harm than good, because even though women don't need it with guys, guys need it with women. i'm not surprised at all by your ignorance of the need for sex between guys and women since you're a woman, since the reality is that even though women don't desire or need foreplay or sex with guys, guys desire and need foreplay and sex with women, it's easy for you to sit there and be ignorant of male sexual frustration and not take it seriously at all.
if you don't want guys to lie to you or other women about wanting committed relationships if the reality is that they want casual sexual activity with them for the time being, then you and other women should STOP saying horrible things such as how you or they won't give them casual sexual activity opportunities with you or them if guys are honest about it, and instead of that, accept them and ok them and give it to them. the idea of women penalizing guys for being honest about their need for casual sexual activity with women before they consider having long-term relationships with one of them for the rest of their lives, is utterly ridiculous, and it would be wrong of those women to do that. besides, since all guys would want to experience sexual activity with at least two different women throughout their lives, especially if they haven't already, they'd eventually want to, even if they married and got sexual with only woman for the rest of their lives, whether they'd act on it or not. don't you think it'd be better for guys and women to first have their "fun" while they're single, and then where the guy only gets it with just one woman for the rest of his life AFTER he first has his "fun" with at least two or three different women, and where that woman who he spends the rest of his life with was one of those women before he agreed to only be with her, so he can make sure that he enjoys her in bed and where she gives him enough foreplay and sex in the relationship as well as him making sure she's sexy to him based on looks alone to at least some degree and where he enjoys having her around?
the guy needs to make sure he's going to be happy with her before he agrees to marry her.
