Well about 2 weeks ago my boss and i had got into a argument, only because he wrongfully accused me of stealing. He pretty much thought he seen something he didnt see and he has been rude to me ever since. I was late the other day for work 5 minutes late. and My manager told him about it which she is always late and I have never said anything about it to our boss. But when I found out she told him I was late and he went off on me for it I told him she was late all the time too, he pretty much said he didnt care that she was late only me. He hates me and I know it. and im not happy there anymore. But my Manager says my Boss wont take notices. So how should I quit then? He wont fire me because he doesnt want to pay unemployment, but he wants to cut my hours back and I refuse to have that happen just because he doesnt like me. I would much rather leave the place. So as I said my question is how should I quit if he wont take a notice? And how long will it take to get my check?

If you are serious about quitting, give your boss your 2 weeks notice. That way it looks good on your future resume.
As far as when will you get your last paycheck, that would depend on if they allow you to finish your 2 weeks or not, they will let you know when to expect your last pay check.

Good Luck, faith

Do NOT walk off the job, because if you do you will NOT get unemployment. Believe me, I know -- I stupidly walked off my last job.

If your boss "doesn't take notices", and this is an on-going problem, I suggest that you record any and all conversations with your boss. Carry one of those voice-activated tape recorders in your shirt pocket (even better, there are now available voice-activated DIGITAL recorders which hold up to three hours of "tape" - and many of them are about the size of a flash-drive). Since your boss refuses to fire you -- because he would then have to pay unemployment -- get his statements about how he doesn't care that your manager is late, just that YOU are late, on "tape". If you walk off the job after that, you can show that you left what is called a "Hostile Work Environment". It will be even better if you catch him saying anything even more damning. Anything showing that he wishes only to make your life at work miserable, by way of punishing you for something you did not do, will do. You DO have rights, even though your boss may think otherwise.

By the way, if your hours are cut you do have the right to file for unemployment to make up for those lost hours (my last employer did this, too, because he "couldn't afford to pay wages for those hours", yet he could somehow pay the unemployment...). I know your boss also knows this, and he does seem to be hoping that you will simply quit.

Don't quit your job, however much you may dislike it. At least, not until you have proof that he is "out to get you" -- or you have another job. I would go for both the proof and another job. Good luck.

properly, opposite to what others have suggested you quite do not might desire to speak along with her, to get your money. Does she own the cafe? If not, communicate with the owner. Do you have any procedures, equipment, etc. it quite is owned with the aid of your organization? if so, you ought to return them or pay for them. in case you do not sense secure in front of her, take your older brother with you, or your dad/husband.
