That felons, ex felons and prisoners are denied the right to vote?

I think its unfair, yea theyve done bad but they STILL live/reside in America...

If you're convicted of a felony, there are consequences you must suffer for the rest of your life. Otherwise, what's the point of punishment? And what's the point of living your life obeying the law if felons have the same rights as you?

The right to vote is a privilege. If they know the rules and break them why should they get their privilege back, they are adults.

Well, they knew they were going to have that 'privilege' to vote taken away if they committed a felony, but they did it anyway.

And they still lose their rights - like the one to vote.
