Im early in my pregnancy havent even found out for sure only 2 positive test but a couple nights ago while laying in bed i believe i was on my stomach i kept feeling little bubbles popping in my stomach and i would jump because it felt strange but kind of tickles my hubby said i might be getting sick or needing to go to the restroom but it wasnt that kinda of popping. it felt like bubbles or something. I turned over on my side and it stopped. What do ya'll think my mom thinks i might be farther along that what we think. Is it normal to feel early movements with one or maybe with twins, my hubbys brother's wife is expecting twins in April.

Of course it depends on how far along you are but, are you slender? Slender women tend to feel movement sooner from what I have heard. I am rather petite and I felt what I believed to be my baby rather early on in both pregnancies. But I also don't know if it was something else and I wanted to believe my baby it was the baby. But I just believed it and rubbed my tummy everytime. Best wishes with your pregnancy

I don't think it's the baby kicking. I am experiencing the same feeling in my abdomen now and I'm 5 weeks pregnant with my 2nd child. Maybe it's just our uterus preparing itself for a big accommodation. As per experience, I started to feel my first baby move when I was 4 months pregnant already but some women can feel the movement as early as 3 months.

You really won't be feeling much until you are 17 weeks or so. Some as early as 15, but if it's your first, that's very unlikely. There's a lot going on in that part of your body, so bubbly feelings are normal, but aren't usually the baby you're feeling. Look up on some sites how small your baby is at whatever week you think you're at and you'll see why that probably isn't it. Plus you have to feel it through the fluids, uterus, etc. It will come soon enough...:)

First off, two positives, you ARE pregnant. Need to make an appointment to see an doctor.

As for feeling the baby, I doubt it. If this is your first, you more than likely will not feel the baby til you are around 16-20 weeks. And I am guessing if you "not sure" if you are pregnant, than you are not any further than around 8-10 weeks at the most. So what you were feeling was more than likely gas!

i am assuming if you just took the test you are not very far along right? the baby cannot even move until 7 weeks and you would not feel this yet.

you may be further than you think, if it is actual movement that would explain it. (they can figure this with an ultrasound)

i had twins and still did not feel them until 12 weeks and even then you could not feel it on the outside of my belly.

properly at 6 weeks this is probable gas that sounds like it. For me I never felt flutters. I felt like a fish replaced into swimming round and slamming head first into my abdomen. My son is kicking me now and it sounds like kicks - my abdomen is even shifting to the right even as he kicks lol. He did not kick till 18 weeks and it took me about a million week to understand what it replaced into. i did not believe it till i might want to experience it on the exterior of my pores and skin at about 20 weeks.

A baby doesn't really start moving until around 8-10 weeks when they start developing their arms and legs. With my son I didn't start feeling him until around 20 weeks, but with my daughter I felt her at 12 weeks, but wasn't sure until 13 weeks that it was actually her moving. She was EXTREMELY active. When I had my 12 week ultra sound she was kicking amd moving A LOT.

You should never lay on your stomach while pregnant. I felt my first flutters of life for my son when i was only like 12 weeks or something. Everyone is different so in all possibilities you could be feeling your child starting to grow...

Congrats.. sleep now while you can.. once your child is born your not going to be able to sleep nearly as much.

If you aren't even sure if you are pregnannt, it is too early. The baby is just a tiny speck. I started feeling kicks at about 16 weeks.
