I hate to say it, but more often than not, yes. If it were possible and a viable option to work from home stuffing envelopes or entering data or other options, we'd all be rolling in it. People wouldn't need degrees. There are tons of places that advertise money for taking surveys, but what they don't tell you is that you'll get tons of junk mail and you'll never earn enough to get the minimum you'll need for a check. What these do is advertise a short cut. There might be a few legitimate ones out there, I don't know. But I'd be skeptical. As far as assembly ones, I heard that the scam is getting you to buy the materials. They had a professional artist put one together on a TV show, and even HERS weren't good enough to pass inspection. I don't think any pass inspection, personally.
