Well, the real me doesn't look good in hats... And I wear glasses most of the time, because I find contacts painful... I can't wear brown or pink near my face at all... and I have shorter hair and more weight. But that is a close as I can get my avatar to look. Besides the glasses. I'm not doing the whole glasses thing. Maybe it's just a representation of me after I get eye surgery?

One may deliberately choose a wrong one to ensure he/she is judged by the questions and answers contributed here rather than by the first impressions from the physical attributes of the avatar or the nickname for that matter..... just placing an alternate viewpoint for what it is worth.

I'd say just a little.
There's no way for any one
to look Exactly like these little
cartoon created images of ourselves.

I've just got the glasses and my
hair is fading black to dark brown.

I would think most people make their
avatars based on either what they kind
of wished they could look like or they just
do them for fun without thinking...that logic
sounds more enticing :D

No.

I am bald, but I'm pink Irish Catholic.

In other words, I have very white skin and lots of freckles, blue eyes and a winsome way.

So, no.

My avatar, and the different ones I use, represent what I feel like.

Yes I do. Except I'm not animated. But now I have two questions for you.
1) How is this a philosophy question.
and 2) How the heck are you going to choose a best answer for this?????

The face is fairly accurate. the Roman armor signifies my love of history and the classical age. So overall my avatar is the cartoon representation of my physical self.

No, I was playing with the system and this is what I came up with. It has no connection to me in any manner or shape! I have never been to Scandinavia but i loved the comic cartoon 'Hagar the Horrible' and his wife 'Helga'
not to mention his side kick and his daughter.

Chances are my Avatar resembles Me more, specially (well, how should I put it) in a more clandestine Greek Tragedy sorta way! - mpla' mpla' mple' :-( :-)

It looks the way I see myself in my mind but if I look in the mirror, to this day, I am surprised at how much I've changed since I got married and divorced.
