For the people that are very close to each in here, don't you think about those things?

Great idea Rae. A dream really. A fantasy. We are challenged to meet our Yahoo Answers friends on line, let alone n person!

There are ways for us to keep closer in touch.
Chat facilities, etc., even computer TV-phone conversations. If we don't do those things, we may not be ready for meeting in the flesh.

I had a busy Sunday...

1st I was busy with my church family in the morning.

2nd we hosted our son and his wife fr dinner after church, and fellowshipped with them.

3rd we went to our friends' 50th anniversary party and chatted with lots of folks.

Many had left town years ago, and we say them again because they came for this gathering.

4th My wife and I relaxed and enjoyed our dog, home in our little "coccoon" sanctuary.

5th I'm on the net now, investing the bit of time left in talking to you and others.

I don't think I have time to sqeeze in more visitation.

And THIS is our "day of rest".

Back to the old grind tomorrow!!! Have a good week. ;-)

I would LOVE to meet, in person, ALL of my friends from here at some point in my life. It would be cool to see if they look like I imagine them to look. And it'd be great to hold a longer conversation with them then just a few lines typed on a screen. And to give EACH one of you folks a nice tight hug for all the good times we've had in here.

I would like that, I could hitch hike around the world and visit some places where you are least likely to think people here on this English speaking site.
There is a woman in the US I would dearly love to meet, but it worries me that we are better off as friends here than we would be face to face.

First you ask if we've seen these fugitives, then you ask if we'd all like to get together. You shilling for the FBI?
I joke about being very popular, wanted in many states, but so far as I know there are no outstanding warrants anywhere. Please forgive my paranoia, but Bush and Homeland security are setting records Nixon would have been proud of. And, if it wasn't for their abysmal record I'd have shut up and played along.
