No...
Dinosaur fossils have been found of dinosaurs that have died in fights with eachother.
I had a little dog once, as a kid.... The neighbor's bigger dog killed it (shook it by the neck) and killed it, just for no reason whatsoever.
I've had goldfish that will nibble the tails of other goldfish, which kills the fish with the nibbled tail.
Male animals are typically territorial, and will even kill another male of the same kind just to remain dominant, or in an attempt to be dominant (roosters, beta fish, deer, etc.).

Nope. Chimpanzees do it too. Not only that, but they will actually form tribes and go out and kill and rape members of competing tribes of chimps, in much the same way people do when they fight wars. Most animals, though, (like wolves and gorillas) will not kill competitors as long as the losers in the fight submit and are able to retreat away from the winner's territory. But animals in human captivity (such as dogs and betta fish) will often fight to the death because they're kept confined in a small area where retreat isn't possible.

No,Virtually every species will do so as well. Even trees will grow out the competition to give themselves a better opportunity to survive.
Now if you are asking if Humans are the only species to kill out of anger or malice, then most large mammalian species will do this as well (lions, dogs, elephants, dolphins, etc).

Humans are the only animals that are aware of the fact that they kill each other, and as a species has any moral compunction about it. Where as other animals do it for survival, instinct etc, etc..

ofcourse not, in many animals mothers eat their own offsprings alive when too hungry. sharks are born killers. there is intense competition among the siblings inside their wothers wombs. they have to kill each other in order to survive inside it. examples are countless. the most common example across species is killing each other in struggle for mate.

No. Wolves do; elephants do (by driving out "renegades") and many others.
In the animal kingdom, it is usually because one animal is so deviant. But, also, many carnivorous animals kill their young...
