There is really only one rule - don't overpluck! It's easy to get carried away and before you know it, you've lost most of one eyebrow. Get a good pair of tweezers, a mirror and sit in a well-lit place. Decide what shape you want; the point of plucking is to tidy stray hairs and provide a frame for your eyes.
Stray hairs are those that naturally sit a little bit away from the main brow - that's the easy bit.
To shape the brow, there are guidelines using pencils and your nose to help you keep the proportions right (easiest using pictures, do a search and I'm sure you'll find it). Basically, once you know what you're going for, pluck one hair at a time, taking a break to stop and look at the result every few hairs. Do a few hairs on one side and then a few on the other to maintain symmetry.
It is always better to leave more hair on the brow and re-assess the look with fresh eyes. In fact, I would recommend you go to a salon where they should be able to shape them for you fairly cheaply. This will give you a guide regarding the shape, and if you like it, you can maintain them at home by removing the stray hairs as they grow back. This also gives you the advantage of having somebody experienced styling them initially, as once you have started shaping your own brows, it can be time-consuming to wait for re-growth when you want a second (or third) chance at it.
Good luck!

I think that for te first time you should go to a proffessional. However, if you think you can do it, then I say go for itt; its hair and hair grows back. The first thing to remeber is that eyebrows are sisters, not necessarily twins. They are not going to look exactly alike, but the art is to get them as near as possible. When it comes to plucking, use the natural curve of the brow as your guide. Feel along the bone and look closely; you will see what would be considered strays or hairs that could be plucked to creat a clean look. I always start from the middle of the brow and move outward, always using that arch as my guide. Since you are a guy, try not to CREATE an arch, the way many of us women do as it will be too dramatic and femine for a masculine face. Once you have plucked along the brow, go back toward the nose and clean up any of the hairs necessary to pluck there; you should find this to be a smaller amount than the middle where you started. You should end up with a ntural looking, clean brow. Best of luck!

Brows are hard to explain on the net.
With an eyebrow brush, brush your eyebrows in an upward motion, it shows you better what should be plucked and what shouldn't.
The end or beginning of your eyebrow should not extend or be taken in any farther than your eyes. Use your eyes as a guideline. The middle part of your eye (the color...pupil whatever) the arch of your eyebrow should be right about that.
Its hard to explain but I hope it helps.

Never pluck hair off the top of your brows !! Just pluck the strays underneath the brows !!!! And pluck the ones between the eyes unless you want to look like Tom Cruise !!! Rub an ice cube over where you intend to pluck !! It will numb the skin !!!

if i were you, get a girl who you would trust to do this... ( i plucked my older brothers eye brows the first time)
but if you perfer to do it yourself, first look foe any ditinct hairs, that are no where near your brow line and pluck those. scince you are a guy you more in likely would want to leave yours a little bit more fuller than us girls. so like a person said before brush them up-ward and agian any hairs that are out on thier own, just pluck!
OH! and your brow should start where the inner corner of your eye starts. = ) hope that helps!

There isn't a skill to it. Just use your initiative and don't ruin your eyebrows by plucking too much. There is nothing wrong with a guy who likes to look after his eyebrows, it's better then a unibrow anyday.
