No. That is old testament. Jesus set us free from old testament law. If you are talking about man made laws, Jesus said to give to Caeasar what is Caesar's (he was teaching us to follow laws of the land)

Christians believe they are subject to Divine Law -- God's laws.... most also acknowledge that they are also subject to the laws of man -- even Jesus acknowledged that distinction.

I am not a christian but i do knw that the bible and jesus tells you to follow the laws of man.

Jesus said render unto ceaser what is ceasers and unto god what is gods

there are other scriptures that tell you the same message
