A friend of mine decided she wants to do drugs and apparently now has and continues to do so, I am personally quite opposed to illegal drugs and I don't want to be associated with a druggy, I told her I didn't want to be friends with someone who does drugs and she said then leave to which I did. Did I do something wrong?

Of course you didnt do anything wrong!! it is stupid of her to want to do something like that and continue to do it. If she decided to do that and lost your friendship and didnt stop then obviously she isnt a true friend. One day it will kill her and she'll realize how stupid she was.

I think you shouldnt worry about is it wrong of you!!!!! you are against something a friend does, and the friend knows yet chose drugs over your friendship! they made the choice NOT you!
people need to worry more about whats right for themselves and then others! be a lil selfish and stand up for what you believe in! never be friends with a person that does something you are totally against! dont back down on your belief! it always sux to lose a friend, but some things cant be overlooked!

That's a real tough situation...
I used to do drugs, and had my Friends judge me because of it, then when i decided to give up the drugs i had my druggie friends totally abandon me, and haven't had anything to do with them since!!
I think you need to still be friends with them, but you don't have to be close to them and do what they're doing.... They obviously have different views to you, but that doesn't make them a bad person... If they start doing bad things and being a bad friend to you, then you should stop being friends with them, but if they haven't actually done anything to hurt you, then you don't really have the right to just dump them off!!!

No. you did what you feel is right for you and you don't have to explain yourself to anybody. If you don't want to be around her you don't have to.
