Are you licensed as a Realtor or as a Broker? If you went straight to broker status and have never been on the MLS or a member of CAR, you need to find a Sponsoring Broker who will send your 45 day Sponsor card once signed along with all the appropriate applications/forms to IDFPR. Usually the 4-5 sheets you received when you passed the exam, $125 dollar check payable to IDFPR, and your transcript. (unless you are sponsoring yourself in which case you would sign on your own behalf although I'd highly recommend you get a broker before venturing out on your own). Once your 45 day Sponsor Card is signed, submit a copy of that with payment and application to CAR. A day or two after they receive that, they will email you your Agent ID and password. If you are already a Realtor, nothing changes. You just need to submit an email to CAR telling them you are no longer a Realtor but now a Broker.

Did you read the Real Estate Training Manual you used in class?

That information is probably listed in your manual.

Good Luck.
