No. they are'nt allowed to have any decorations at school, either.

My son's school lets the kids dress up as what they would like to be when they grow up.

Yes they are. Luckily. You know its been several years since i have carved up pumpkins. Kids do it every year. I think i'll do it this year as well. Thanks. Halloween used to be my favorite holiday at one time.
