If the lease is now in your name, tell her that she needs to get out if you can't live that way. Or you can give her the option to have the lease put into her name again. Then if you do that and can't live with her, then move out and find somewhere else to go. You can even go to social service or your pastor for help. It sounds like the boyfriend isn't much in the picture? Go to school and get a good education as I can see this senerio a candidate for the Jerry Springer show.

OK. So if talking to mom is not going to find a resolution you will need to go to a womens shelter-contact FIA, or call the 411 number for a referral. You need to make sure you and your little one are safe.

Don't let this make you give up. Life can beat you down or make you stronger-you get to choose. You can't change who your parents are, but you can choose to be better!

You are head on the lease so technically your mom would have to leave, your mom is abusing her authority as your mother and you need to put her in her place. Kick your boyfriend to the curb, you need to be happy and take care of your baby and you cant do that with all the negativity in your life......

The police and/or courts would have a definite opinion on
this - It is legally YOUR residence at this point & if need be,
the cops would throw her out!! - You have a baby to consider
and the authorities feel VERY strongly about that !!
