My uncle quit smoking cigarettes for 7 yrs. & he recently started smoking again! I'm begining to think it's impossible for people to quit killing themselves & the people around them.

I hate it ,,filthy habit,
Evil Creation
Government revenue raiser in sales and health care
Countless lives cut short,,family's ruined,,children asking why
I am ashamed of my addiction
I feel terrible smoking around other people,especially the kids
Expensive,,degrading,,life threatening habit.
There is a simple cure,,
MAKE THEM ILLEGAL
World wide eradication of cigarettes.
Government loose to much revenue? A typical political lie.
The Government can collect revenue elsewhere,or stop buying basins worth $ 50 0000.
When I cant get cigarettes anywhere for whatever reason,its no problem.When I have ciggies sitting in front of me its hopeless.
Thank you for this question,it re enforces the decision I know I must make,,and I will........QUIT

Sorry i cannot tell a lie, i do smoke 1 packet of 25's a week,but i used to smoke i packet per day,everyone did 20 years ago but these days many people have given up and i want to be one of those people.For my age 45 i am quite healthy but many people are not so lucky.

I do not smoke cigarettes nor will I go out with anyone who smokes. I hate that smell. When I was pregnant everytime I smelled it I got sick.
