My twins (boy/girl) will be a bit over 5 months at Halloween, and I also have a two year old son. Does anyone have any good ideas for costumes for the three of them that are all along the same "theme" lines?

Wizard of Oz Theme - The boys can be either the lion, scarcrow, or tin man, and the girl can be dorothy.

Dr. Seuss Theme - The twins can be Thing 1 and Thing 2 and your 2 year old can be cat in the hat.

Three little pigs - All the kids can dress as the three little pigs and either you or dad can be the big bad wolf.

Goldilocks and the three bears - Your girl can be goldilocks and the boys and you or dad again can be the third bear.

Chef - Your 2 year old could be a chef and the twins can be lobsters.

Flintstones - The twins can be pebbles and bam-bam, the 2yr old can be dino, and you two could be Fred and Wilma.

Charlie Brown - The 2 year old can be Charlie Brown and the twins can be peanuts or snoopys.

Farmer/ Cowboy - The 2 yr old could be a farmer or a cowboy and the twins could be cows or horses.

Lol I have twins and a 2 year old too. I don't know what they will be yet. My twin girls will be 3 months on Halloween. I'm thinking of making my girls pumpkins and my son a fireman. Good Luck with your search. Maybe you can dress them as clowns. They would be cute, hey I gave myself an good idea.

Dressing up the boy as a princess will not make him gay, or a serial killer, or depressed as he gets older. He may be embarrassed by it but who doesn't have any embarrassment from their childhood? If this was the other way around and a girl wanted to dress up in as a prince nobody would say anything. Is dressing up as a princess his idea or yours? It sounds like it is yours. My advice would just ask him what he wants or take him down the costume isle and let him pick a "boy" costume.

Movie characters from your 2 yo's favorite movie would be cute. He might get a kick out of helping dress his baby brother and sister up like characters that he likes. Winnie the Pooh character costumes are usually in huge supply, so that may be an idea.

Winnie the pooh

Get a Winnie the pooh bear, tigger and a piglet costume

They are adorable and the 3 of them make a great theme especially for young children.

Good luck

How about animals? This is such a cute age for the animal theme! Lion, tiger and bear- Oh my!
Bee, hunny and tree (be creative with this one).
Dog with puppies, Cat with Kittens.
Snow white and dwarfs.
How fun.

The cat in the hat and thing1 and thing2.

Although from my experience, most toddlers like to be farm animals, and little ones, just need something comfy.

Pumpkins. I've seen some pretty neat costumes made from felt for young children. You could do a "Jack-O-Lantern," pumpkin patch thing.
