The New York Yankees, not only have the most players in the Hall Of Fame, but they are the ONLY team to have players at every position in the Hall.

It's all relative. Many players played on multiple teams and although many of them played for the Yankees some were elected and immortalized wearing a different cap. Perfect example is Wade Boggs. No one will ever forget what Boggs did for the Yankees, but yet he's in the Hall of Fame as a Red Sox.
But what I do know, some of the most well known names in Baseball came from the Yankee organization. Players that have become common place in modern history. Players like Babe Ruth, Lou Gehrig, Joe DiMaggio, Mickey Mantle just for starts. Not only are these Yankee players in the Hall of Fame, but are the first players people think of when talking about American Baseball history. They are beyond the Hall of Fame, they are legends.

Counting all players that have ever played for a continuous franchise, the Giants are the leading team, and by a good bit.
1. Giants - 53
2t. Braves - 44
2t. Dodgers - 44
4. Cardinals - 41
5. Yankees - 40
