Condolezza is much more intelligent and has basic integrity which Hillary lacks. She also has better leadership chracteristics.

They both possess leadership ability and management skills.

Condi does not want the job.

Hillary wants the job badly enough to take personal integrity off the table. I do not believe she can unite this nation, and I think someone needs to try.

Rice is smarter, and understands diplomacy. Clinton is a emotional person, and isn't very likable.

Both would be lousy presidents.

Rice has the best interests of America as her agenda - Hillary's agenda changes with the political whims, poles and her self-interests.

Rice's actions prove she is far smarter. Also, Condolezza Rice is more honest, has more management experience and has higher personal integrity.

Hillary Clinton's management style (actual quotes):
"Where's the goddamn F#&%ing flag? I want the goddamn F#&%ing flag up every F#&%ing morning at F#&%ing sunrise."
(To the staff of the Arkansas governor's mansion.)

"Stay the F*** back, stay the F*** away from me. Don't come within ten yards of me, or else." (To her Secret Service detail)

"Who's going to find out? These women are all trash. Nobody's going to believe them." (During the 1992 campaign)

"My personal trained pigs."
(Her opinion of her Secret Service guards.)

“F**k off! It’s enough that I have to see you sh*t-kickers every day. I’m not going to talk to you, too. Just do your g*dd*mn job and keep your mouth shut.”
(Said to her Arkansas state trooper bodyguards, after one of them deigned to greet her with “good morning.” (American Evita, p. 90))

“[You] f*****g idiot.”
(To a state trooper who was driving her to an event. (Crossfire, p. 84). Describing Hillary’s general personality, Larry Gleghorn, a former state trooper, said: “She was a b**** day in and day out” (The First Partner, p. 119)).

“That sorry son of a b****.”
(That is what Hillary would often refer to Bill around the mansion of the Arkansas’s governor’s mansion, according to state trooper Larry Patterson.)

“If you want to remain on this detail, get your f*****g a** over here and grab those bags.”
(Hillary gave this order to a Secret Service agent)

“Get f#&%ed! Get the f#&% out of my way! Get out of my face!”
(More comments by Hillary and heard by members of Secret Service details. (Hillary’s Scheme, p. 89))

"I have to admit that a good deal of what my husband and I have learned [about Islam] has come from our daughter."
(Circa 1996, at a White House function, Hillary proudly tells some Muslim groups she is gaining a greater appreciation of Islam because Chelsea was then taking a class on the "religion of peace"; TruthInMedia.org 8/8/1999.)
